Dr. Reyberto Guzman, a dedicated dentist within the Smile Design network and a leading provider at the Arcadia and Cape Coral locations, chose to join Smile Design Dentistry specifically for their approach to care and how their model allows him to help more people. He is a second generation dentist with an unwavering passion for helping his patients. Especially for patients who need extensive work–it’s thousands of dollars that they can save.”

Colleen Costello, the Senior VP of Practice Services, highlighted what this means for patients across the income scale: “they can finally get the care that they need, but also the care they deserve…. Patients come back not just for problem visits, but also preventative care.” With patients coming to the office more regularly, everyone does better. The providers are able to care for their patients on a deeper level, patients are seeing better outcomes, and patient retention rates have improved, bringing in additional revenue.

Working with Subscribili

The plan has been equally beneficial on the operational side of the practice. With over 50 locations to manage, it was important to Smile Design that their solution felt seamless and integrated into their practice. They wanted the implementation to be simple and the plan to sync with their PMS to make tracking patients’ utilization easy for the front office staff.
